Overview

Zenith North Group ("we," "us") is a management consulting firm. We diagnose what's actually holding a company back and install the fix, whatever it turns out to be. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (zenithnorthgroup.com) and how we use it. It does not govern data handled inside systems we build and operate for clients, that is addressed in each client's engagement agreement.

Information You Give Us

When you submit our contact form or chat with our website assistant, we may collect:

• Contact information (name, email address)
• Company name
• Anything you choose to tell us about your company, its operations, or your goals

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our team. Please don't submit sensitive personal information (financial account details, health information, government IDs) through the form or the chat assistant, the first conversation is the right place for anything sensitive.

AI Chat Assistant

Our website includes an AI assistant. Most answers are served from pre-written content on our own server; when a question falls outside that content, the conversation may be processed by Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate a response. Conversations may be reviewed by our team so we can follow up and improve the assistant. The assistant is informational only, nothing it says is a quote, a contract, or professional advice. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat.

The Ledger Newsletter

If you sign up for The Ledger, our newsletter, we collect your email address and store it with Resend, our email delivery provider, to send you newsletter issues and a one-time welcome email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately. Some issues link to a page on this site with the rest of that issue, those pages don't require you to sign in or confirm your email, and don't set any cookie of their own.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most business websites, we use analytics and visitor identification services to understand who visits and how the site is used:

• Google Analytics, collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, using cookies and similar identifiers.
• Visitor identification (RB2B), attempts to identify business visitors to our site (for example, matching a visit to a business profile such as a company name or business contact information) so we can follow up with companies that appear interested in our services. This service applies to U.S.-based visitors.
• Server logs, our hosting provider (Railway) may log IP addresses and request data for security and reliability.

If you prefer not to be tracked, browser privacy tools, ad blockers, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on are effective against these services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service Providers

We use a small set of service providers to run this website: Railway (hosting), Formspree (form processing), Resend (newsletter delivery), Google (analytics), RB2B (visitor identification), and Anthropic (AI assistant). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Data Retention

Inquiry and chat data is retained as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request and maintain our business records. You may request deletion at any time.
